Back in B'More!!
SO MUCH has happened in the last three weeks! I finished up at East Tennessee Children's, we packed up and moved to Baltimore, taking a few days to stop and see friends and family, and I started back on 9South at Hopkins. As much as I love bouncing around and going to new places every few months it's still so hard to leave friends. At ETCH I feel like I connected with my coworkers really quickly and really got to enjoy working with them versus being anxious about what I say or do or what they think of me. We also got to reconnect with an old high school friend and it was such a great surprise since we had no idea she had just moved to the area.

All that being said it was SO weird coming back to a city, apartment, and unit that we'd been to before. I LOVED walking into the unit the first day and be greeted by so many familiar faces and big hugs! We already know where our grocery store is and how to get around our area and that's nice, it's almost like we never left. Another obvious plus with being in Baltimore is that Megan, Brian, and Addie are only an hour away! They even helped us move in which broke our previous record by about 45 minutes. Ha! Every item we own (travel with) was out of the car and in its place in our apartment within an hour. We need to travel with Megan and Brian every time! And to reward ourselves we spent the next Saturday in Ocean City, Maryland.

Lump Crab bloody mary-It looks better than it tasted...whomp, whomp.
Don't mind Addie, she was just having too much of a good time :)
She's getting so big!
We're really looking forward to getting to do things we missed the first time. We've already visited all of our favorite spots. Ryan had to have blue crab on move in day. So, we've scratched the crab cake itch and we're ready for the rest of what Baltimore has to offer!
