Catching Up

Ryan and I had to make some pretty big adjustments after moving to Idaho Falls. We went from Austin, a city of almost 900,000 people, to Idaho Falls - population: 56,000. In Austin we could eat, drink, shop, catch live music, or walk the trail next to Lady Bird Lake all within 2-4 blocks from our apartment. Here in little ol' Idaho Falls we have to try a little harder to find the fun. Sometimes that means driving a few miles to the Greenbelt along the Snake River or to Snow Eagle Brewery. Other times it means spending hours a day driving around sightseeing. Our first outings here in Idaho Falls consisted of visiting the Falls and the Greenbelt. We also walked around the little baby downtown and a nearby park.  The frozen Snake River, taken from the Greenbelt.
